Summary: Very thorough investigation of acid treating a variety of mixed tin sulfide compounds to form their respective solid acids. Good discussion of proton exchange and how it can be identified (FTIR, etc) as well as investigation into different acids effects on protonated structures. No mention of exfoliation but seems like a good background on which to build to exfoliation of some of these materials.
